1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• A return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging.
• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice/bill).

Return shipping charges may be applicable unless the error is on our part.

2. Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• After 24 hours or if the order is already processed/shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made, personalized, or bulk orders
• Items that are used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging
